Affiliate Program Terms

1. Introduction

Welcome to the DiskartePH Affiliate Program.

The Affiliate Program allows eligible users to earn referral rewards and commissions by inviting new users to join DiskartePH and, where applicable, by referring customers who purchase eligible paid products or services.

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and other applicable policies.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:

• Have an active DiskartePH account.

• Comply with all DiskartePH policies.

• Not be suspended or restricted from using the platform.

DiskartePH reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

3. Qualified Referrals

A referral is considered valid only if it meets all applicable requirements established by DiskartePH.

A qualified referral generally requires that the referred user:

• registers using your unique referral link;

• verifies their account (such as email verification or any verification method required by DiskartePH);

• activates their account;

• complies with all DiskartePH policies; and

• is determined by DiskartePH to be a genuine and legitimate user.

Fake, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or self-referred accounts will not qualify for referral rewards or affiliate commissions.

DiskartePH reserves the right to review, validate, approve, reject, or revoke any referral if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

4. Referral Rewards

Qualified referrals may earn referral rewards based on the current Affiliate Program.

Referral rewards, commissions, earning methods, and qualification requirements may change at any time without prior notice.

Current reward rates displayed within the platform are considered the official and most up-to-date values.

5. Affiliate Commissions

Affiliates may earn commissions from eligible paid products, memberships, subscriptions, or other monetized content offered through DiskartePH.

Commission eligibility depends on the specific program rules active at the time of the transaction.

Not all products or services are eligible for affiliate commissions.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect the integrity of the platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts

• Self-referrals

• Using bots or automated systems

• Fake registrations

• Identity fraud

• Referral farming

• Spam or unsolicited promotions

• Misleading or deceptive advertising

• Manipulating referral tracking

• Any activity intended to unfairly generate rewards or commissions

DiskartePH may investigate any suspicious activity at any time.

7. Commission Approval

Referral rewards and commissions may remain pending while they are reviewed.

DiskartePH reserves the right to:

• verify referrals,

• reject invalid referrals,

• reverse rewards obtained through fraud,

• delay payouts during investigations.

8. Wallet and Payouts

Approved referral rewards and affiliate commissions will be credited to your DiskartePH Wallet.

Withdrawals, transfers, minimum payout requirements, verification procedures, and processing times are governed by DiskartePH's current Wallet policies.

DiskartePH may modify payout methods or requirements as the platform evolves.

9. Marketing Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote DiskartePH honestly and responsibly.

Affiliates must not:

• impersonate DiskartePH,

• pretend to represent the company,

• make false promises,

• guarantee earnings,

• use misleading advertisements,

• use DiskartePH branding in a deceptive manner,

• violate any applicable laws or regulations.

When promoting DiskartePH, affiliates should clearly represent their relationship with the platform where required by applicable laws.

10. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that may apply to their referral rewards or affiliate commissions under applicable laws.

DiskartePH does not provide tax advice.

11. Suspension and Termination

DiskartePH may suspend, restrict, reverse rewards, or permanently terminate participation in the Affiliate Program if we believe an affiliate has:

• violated these Terms,

• committed fraud,

• abused the referral system,

• attempted to manipulate commissions,

• engaged in harmful or illegal activities.

Termination of the Affiliate Program does not affect DiskartePH's right to investigate previous activity.

12. Program Changes

DiskartePH may update, modify, pause, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

This includes changes to:

• eligibility requirements,

• referral validation,

• commission structures,

• reward amounts,

• payout methods,

• qualifying transactions,

• promotional campaigns.

Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Affiliate Program Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

DiskartePH makes no guarantee regarding future referral rewards, commissions, earnings, or the continued availability of the Affiliate Program.

Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

DiskartePH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, except where required by applicable law.
