User Eligibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• keeping login credentials secure,
• maintaining accurate account information,
• and all activity that occurs under their account.

DiskartePH may suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

• fraudulent activity,
• abuse,
• spam,
• scams,
• impersonation,
• or repeated guideline violations.

Marketplace and Transactions

DiskartePH allows users to buy, sell, promote, and offer products or services through the platform.

Sellers are responsible for:

• accurately describing listings,
• delivering products or services,
• setting pricing,
• handling customer communication,
• and complying with applicable laws.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing.

DiskartePH is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, failed deliveries, or issues arising between users.

Digital Products

Digital products sold on DiskartePH must:

• be properly licensed,
• belong to the seller,
• or include legal resale/distribution rights.

Products with:

• PLR (Private Label Rights),
• MRR (Master Resell Rights),
• commercial-use licenses,
• or resale permissions

are allowed provided that sellers have the proper rights to distribute them.

Sellers must accurately describe included licenses and product rights.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use DiskartePH to:

• violate laws or regulations,
• distribute harmful or illegal content,
• engage in scams or deceptive activity,
• promote pyramid or Ponzi schemes,
• spread malware or malicious software,
• infringe intellectual property rights,
• harass or abuse users,
• manipulate engagement,
• impersonate others,
• or engage in platform abuse.

DiskartePH reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and take appropriate action.

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to DiskartePH.

By posting content on DiskartePH, you grant DiskartePH a non-exclusive license to:

• display,
• distribute,
• promote,
• and operate platform-related functionality involving your content.

Users may not upload content that violates another party’s intellectual property rights.

Content Moderation

DiskartePH may review, remove, restrict, or moderate content that:

• violates platform policies,
• harms the community,
• creates security risks,
• or negatively affects the platform experience.

DiskartePH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate platform rules.
